Refund policy

We hope you enjoy your jewellery. If for any reason, you have any issues - please contact us with your order number. 

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, in original condition and packaging. 

We do not offer returns for shipping, buyer is solely responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Please note - due to hygiene issues, we are unable to offer refunds on earrings.
